“We started Sunward Farm in 2024 after finding our own piece of land in south St Mary’s County. We grow vegetables without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides and raise pigs in a rotational pasture system. We sell our vegetables and pork through a small on-farm CSA, and now are proud to be selling to Angelika’s Kitchen too! We farm because we find satisfaction in good food and good work, and because we believe in helping to create a more robust local agricultural system that is good for the Earth, the soil, the animals, and the eaters.”
